Program Description
Cactus Pool Designs and its service providers may send text messages to provide information about our services, promotions, and updates.

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Additional roaming charges may also apply. Contact your carrier for details on pricing. Cactus Pool Designs does not impose separate fees for sending or receiving text messages.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive text messages by providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms via our website or digital advertising forms.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages, reply “STOP” to any text from Cactus Pool Designs. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. This will stop messages only for the specific phone number associated with that request.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile phone number(s) you provide. If your number changes, you must notify Cactus Pool Designs immediately. You agree to indemnify Cactus Pool Designs for any claims, expenses, or damages caused by your failure to update us about changes to your phone number, including those under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Changes to Terms
